The rules for using SellHandy. Please read — especially the part about the calculators being estimates, not advice.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SellHandy (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Service
SellHandy provides free, browser-based calculators and related content for e-commerce and cross-border sellers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
3. No professional, financial, or legal advice
The calculators produce estimates from the inputs you provide. They are educational tools, not professional, financial, legal, tax, customs, or freight-forwarding advice. Figures such as landed cost, break-even, cubic meters (CBM), or duty estimates are approximations that depend on your inputs, market rates, and assumptions that change over time. You are solely responsible for verifying any numbers — for example with your supplier, freight forwarder, customs broker, or accountant — before making business, purchasing, or shipping decisions. Do not rely solely on the Site for such decisions.
4. Your responsibility
You use the Site at your own risk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for how you apply the results. The Site is not a substitute for your own due diligence.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, code, and branding are owned by SellHandy or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the calculators for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site is uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate in every case.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellHandy and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profit or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site — even if advised of the possibility. Because the Site is free, our total liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us (which is $0).
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date updated above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, China.
